Wow ... that was fun to watch again ... as much as I love the NFL, that really does have to rank as one of the best football games of all-time! Thanks, Captain!

Thank you for making the change for me. I wish I knew how to do that.

Not that difficult, actually ...

to make a link active in these forums, just stick the tag [ url ] on the front and [ /url ] on the back (without the spaces ... putting spaces in was the only way I could get them to show up and not turn everything in between into a "link" that would have gone nowhere) ... that's all I did

Thanks. I'll give it a try.

Before I even clicked on the link, I thought, it HAS to be that Boise State game. No doubt about it! And top it off with the marriage proposal at the end of the game. drinker

The Superbowl listed was a really good game, but not even tops in superbowl history. And the other games listed just don't compare with 2 fourth down conversions for touchdowns and a 2-point conversion to win it all. Not to mention the story book ending with the proposal.

I just noticed after I posted this.

You were talking about Pro football.

November 1974.

The Horseshoe at Ohio State.

Michigan vs. Ohio State

#1 vs. #2

Final score:

Ohio State 12 Michigan 10

One of the best College Games I have seen.

Tom Klaban kicks 4 field goals. Michigan scored the only touchdown of the game.

Woody vs. Bo

Game hasn`t had that type of intensity since both of them have passed away. The 10 Years War.

Even though I`m an Ohio State fan. This game still stands out almost 35 years later.

I'm talking about all football.

The game that I highlighted was between Boise State and Oklahoma in the 07 Fiesta bowl. BSU won the game 43-42 on two fourth down conversions for touchdowns, and a 2-point conversion to win the game.

I'm neither a Boise State or OU fan, obviously, but I watched that entire game and it was awesome. Even the commentators were saying it was the best game they'd ever seen.
