were NOT going to even go to the peanut butter cookie fiasco though..... you just need a timer that makes a gawd awful sound sittin right beside you as your cookies bake to perfection that and I put the dial to 50 degrees lower. I have a hot oven!! ya you gotta turn the oven down a notch an check your food five minutes early an continually check every minute till its done
