I am not through understanding the Old Testement. I will get to that
part you suggest I read when I get there.

As far as the law.

The Law never changed Jesus simply showed us that it was being applied
wrong.

What I have faith in has allways been merciful. Else Lot would have
gone the way of Sodom.

Why must you continually push upon me to accept your view. That book
you quote is one of the most important book ever written. Yet you see
only width of the easy gate. I assure you that gate is a lot narrower
then simply accepting in the name of the Son you must also accept the
way of the Message and walk as closely as possible in the footsteps of
his Word. His Word not your intrepretation of it.

AdventureBegins,

I did not say that the law changed, the Law doesn't change. It's always
been the same, at least since the fall and possibly forever. What I
said is that the Law offers no mercy. God offers mercy. Jesus offers
mercy. The Law offers judgement.

I am not pushing my beliefs, I am stating them matter of factly. If you
disagree with my beliefs, then what I have to say shouldn't mean diddly
squat to you. If you are going to talk about Law and Jesus and
forgiveness, Colossians is a great book to read.

I will get there.

As God has mercy I am there but I will at some point read what you have
said is there.

Be not suprised if I get from it something other than what you did. My
cup holds a other than milk.
