Pretend you coud go back in time and live in your prime years. Which era
would you choose and WHY?

A. 1920s - Jazz Age or "Roaring Twenties" Harlem Renaissance. Would you
be a flapper? PHOTO

B. 1950s- Rock N' Roll, war times, civil rights movement, Baby boomers

C. 1960s- "The swinging sixties", Hippies, The Beatles, peace and art
exploration

D. 1970s- Time of great music, Afrocentric ^_~ Feminist movements.

E. 1980s- Punkers, Hip hop culture, breakdancers, The first Macintosh
computer. Time of great movies and pop culture

F. 1990s- MTV big TV shows and music. Mixture of rock and hip hop.
Technology continues to advance in the computers, Internet and GAMES.

Note: If you were born or alive already during these periods just choose
one that you would enjoy the most.

Not that I don't like where I am now but I would choose 1980's when hip
hop was CLEAN and underground with graffiti and breaking. There wasn't
that stereotypical hip hop with cursing and dirty lyrics.

Yes I'm a youngin' born in 1986 grew up in the 1990s. I would also
choose to keep the 90s.

If I could I would just do like a time travel just to look through the
decades but not to actually live in them lol.

I would say the 20's, just for something different, as long as I didn't
have to go through the great depression.

80's was my era..

But if I could go back in time..I think I would choose the 60's...

the reason being..I think the 60's changed America...The hippies came
out and really stirred things up...drugs...sex...peace...nature...it was
all about LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

okay this was 1969...but you get the picture..*lol*

*singing*...

I'd like to teach the world to sing
in perfect harmony.
I'd like to hold it in my arms,
and keep it company

I'd like to build a world a home
and furnish it with love.
Grow apple trees and honey bees
and snowwhite turtle doves.

I'd like to see the world for once
all standing hand in hand.
And hear them echo through the hills
for peace throughout the land.

I'd pick the Roaring Twenties as I'm a HUGE jazz lover and also an
unrepentant chain smoker. I wish I had the legs to wear those flapper
dresses. I do, however, have a lovely genuine ivory cigarette holder
from the 1920s... :)
