I haven't rented mine out because I don't want any of them...maybe just make a meditation room and forget the idea of renting. I don't want some freak in there..

IF you set up the boundries of whether you're renting the house with priviledges OR just renting them a room...most college kids will either be studying in their room or partying with their friends... |

There are some websites specifically for roommate searches, also most local newpapers have a section to advertise a room for rent. I'd be careful of craiglist, too many weirdos.
