I dont even know how to enable them.. never did think about them. Go to your profile....click on "edit profile" and click allow testimonials to be seen.

I only had one for the longest time. From Etrain and it's really scary.
Then I got another and recently 2 more. But, I have never asked for them. In fact, I usually didn't know they were there for quite some time because I hardly ever check out my own profile. I do, however, stand in front of the mirror at home for long periods staring at myself.
