Wonder what Qadhafi kniws that we don't. In a rambling one hour and 36-minute speech directly following President Obama’s U.N. address, Libyan President Muammar Qadhafi referred to Obama as “my son” and added: “We are content and happy if Obama can stay forever as president of the United States.” Your thougts.

I'm hoping for impeachment or resignation or something non-violent like that in 1-2 years. Probably won't happen, but it's something to dream about.

Many folks who were pulled in, have waken up and seeing the true Obumer. I believe, the people will look at who is running and decide the ones MSM is pushing are the ones not to vote for. What I think will happen is that by 2012, FOX and Glenn Beck will have the Republican Party split completely in two! Have of them, the Christians, will be voting for Huckabee. And the other half, the Extremists, will be voting for Ron Paul. Check Mate! Game over! Obama will WIN by a landslide!

But there is a stir among some of Obamas supporters to end term limits in the hopes of keeping him in office indefinetly. Im sure other presidents have had the same kind of supporters. Lets just remember he is an imperfect man like the rest of us. He has the same ability to do good or bad. We all know he will make mistakes and we should be carefull not to think of him as our leader or superior as we the people are the leaders and the president who ever he may be works for us. If Qadhfi is pleased with Obama that is disconcerting. No US citizen should be comfortable with that scenario. That bothers me, Im not sure what you were getting at. Please explain.

according to the wiki entry on Muammar Al-Gaddafi who came to power in 1969.... "With the death of Omar Bongo of Gabon on 8 June 2009, he became the third longest serving of all current national leaders. He is also the longest-serving ruler of Libya since Ali Pasha Al Karamanli, who ruled between 1754 and 1795." They didn't include our former Kleagle and Exalted Cyclops from W.Va. who has been ruling here since Jan. 3, 1959...
