I am well aware of what Husseins new Science Czar believes. Focus on him and what he wants to see happen. Like I said, I agree with Husseins choice on this one. No Willing,I am talking about this statement. The writer of the article wrote this. Not Obama Czar.

I dont think Willing understands the context of that statement. The writer of the article said that,not the Obama Czar. This is the opinion of the author of the article that is critical of the Obama "czar"

I am very proficient in proofreading but even that last little bit almost slipped past me. I have to find things like that in articles everyday. I'm still wondering what is the percentage of single parent vs two parents homes. If it's 67/43, then these statistics say nothing other than that single parent juveniles are more likely to commit crimes and run wild. Eh, the guy might have a point or he might not. I'm not interested enough to go digging any more. |

There is no way to quantify "social deterioration" because it is a subjective term.
