Well, my weekend has flat out SUCKED!!!!
Spent the whole weekend waging war with a monster swarm of bees that have africanized. After spraying the nest with hydrochloric acid gas and chlorine gas (it only p/ssed them off.) I hooked up 2 shop vacs to suck them up as they leave and enter the nest. I thought I got them all. NOPE! Just after lunch, I go out back to remove siding from my house to tear out the nest and thousands were swarming furiously.... kept me and the dogs inside all day. I ran both vaccuums and litterally sucked up two full barrels of bees. Looks like I will have to do the same tommorrow. On the upside, I need to be at work at 5:30 am. Yay! |

Hey Krupa get you a water gun one of the soakers fill it with lots of dawn soapy water kills bees ect on contact due to they breath through their skin the soapy dawn soap smothers them was told that by someone that does pesticide. They recommend that to those that do not want to use chemicals.
Matter of fact dawn is the best thing to bath your dogs in for it will also kill fleas as well. |

Thank you Carol..... actually this year we tried the dawn soap on the dogs and I must say it does work as well as salt for fleas as well.....
