Christia Romer, the Chair of the White House Council of Economic Advisers said that "the best of the stimulus bill has already been felt, by the middle of next year the $194 billion in stimulus funds spent in the second and third quarter this year will no longer be contributing to economic growth."

It's kinda scarry. I really haven't seen much done with it. Job losses are still on the rise. Over 100 banks have failed and groing.

Is she laying the grounds for a second stimulas?
