Hey Iowa guy here that is Certified Personal Trainer who has fell off really bad. After my divorce 4 yrs ago I got really depressed and moved to Florida thyinking that was the answer. Well it wasn't and I started to party really hard abusing alcohol and drugs and wasn't living what i had preached to so many people to better their lives. So here I am in Treatment ready to get my life back and get back into shape where I feel truly the best. Any similar stories or just thoughts I would love to hear from you.
