It is not a violation of any rights at any level. no, not a violation of rights everyone is pitching there own rhetoric into but by strict definition of the Constitution I don't think the Federal Government actually does have that authority. Or at least that is the states' argument It would prolly require an amendement to the Constitution the way they had to for income taxes |

If I choose not to have health insurance that is my decision, not big brothers. Nov 2010 will be here soon and the republicans will gain the seats necessary to slow this bimbo down...and he is a bimbo. |

Ron Paul is a Rep. but, he seems to be the only one who wants the country run by the constitution. He also wants to really secure our borders. So, IMO, if we can't get Ron Paul, we need to look outside the usual Rep./Dem., visious cycle. |
