everyone is pitching there own rhetoric into but by strict definition of the Constitution I don't think the Federal Government actually does have that authority. Or at least that is the states' argument

It would prolly require an amendement to the Constitution the way they had to for income taxes

It is if I don't want it and they force me to and threaten me with fines and jail time. If I choose not to have health insurance that is my decision, not big brothers. Nov 2010 will be here soon and the republicans will gain the seats necessary to slow this bimbo down...and he is a bimbo.

The only point about your statement I feel the need to address is;
For quite a while Rep. and Dems have both been givin' us da' shaft. Ron Paul is a Rep. but, he seems to be the only one who wants the country run by the constitution.

He also wants to really secure our borders.

So, IMO, if we can't get Ron Paul, we need to look outside the usual Rep./Dem., visious cycle.
