Someone posted something yesterday that made me think of this. She had
said she wakes up at the exact same time so many mornings, middle of
the night kind of mornings, that she doesn't even know how many times
because it is so frequent.
An ancient mystic named Patanjali spoke of when this happens to you
over and over and over again there is something that you are supposed
to be listening for, that there is a message for you, something for
you to learn, to be aware of. That the morning breeze has secrets for
you.
If someone has much going on in their life, looking for answers to a
problem, some stress, or crisis, even something minor, this may be a
time to get up and be still, and listen. If you wanted to get even
more into it, research numerology and find out what the numbers
meanings are. Even if this seems a bit out there for some... if this
is something that you are experiencing, you may just be shocked
by what information you may get. If the number one shows up a lot,
such as 11:11 or 1:11, you may want to check into it.

Now that I re read..this may be moved. Really, if this is going on
with you ,look into it. You may be pleasantly surprised.

Interesting, for more content sleep I'm not opposed into researching different things. Waking up wide eyed and bushy tailed while the world sleeps gets kinda old..

pretty much the same time, sometimes earlier. Now that you've made me aware of this I will research it. Our world and universe is an amazing thing, we cannot, well I cannot dismiss something until I look into it and see if it makes sense to me. I'll be sure to let you know my thoughts after researching it.

It's been said by others since him. Are you familiar with Wayne Dyer? He says that even if he falls back asleep sitting on the edge of his bed with his feet on the floor he will still attempt to "listen" and maybe will take a day or a few..he always gets something. I get up and sit in my rocker right by my bed..I too have gotten some morning secrets given to me, some information I needed. I have also fallen back asleep in my rocker a few times..

i know too well the falling asleep sitting up. I have not heard of Wayne Dyer but I will look into it. Haha you're right, it will me more interesting when I wake up in the wee hours. I do tend to think a LOT so this just might be interesting.

Yes I am a religious person but I feel more spiritual than anything. I found this quote by Dyer and wow, how amazing some words can put things in a different perspective...

"Begin to see yourself as a soul with a body rather than a body with a soul."

I tend to wake up at a similar time in the morning, way before I need to. I will look into a book on numerology because I have the same numbers occur over and over again. It seems more than a coincidence.

Here's one instance: my son's birthday is July 29, my ex-boyfriend's birthday is July 29, they guy I am seeing now-his birthday is July 29. These are things I find out after I am seeing them. There are other occurences and numbers all the time.

Wow, you just made me think of something!!! My grandmother died on my 15th birthday and my mother recently died at the age of 66, the year I was born!

July is month 7...7 in numerology is interesting in itself. I have many 7's in my numerology chart. The 2 plus 9 is the master number 11...so it is not reduced down to a single digit. All numbers are reduced except 11 and 22..they are master numbers.
Yep, get a book on numerology, or check online..interesting numbers there...well they all are. Master numbers are master numbers for a reason.
