Sorry to see that they walked out on ya man. You say they were in your
life. Did you work with them or was it more personal than that. It might help to try and call them each on a one to one basis and talk to them as a friend and see what is bothering them. You may find that it could be a complete mis-understanding.

Just like Catch said about the true friends. Is it possible that they
were not true friends. If they were using you for something and then they stopped getting what they wanted...the un-true friends will walk away and leave ya hangin. True friends will come closer in time of need and want to help you when you are in a pinch.
