One of my friends woke up in the middle of the night once & went out into his back yard & took a dump....True story!

Do ya remember the story last year where the guy sleepwalked on sleep medication in Wisconsin and froze to death in minutes???
SO SAD! ...

One of my friends woke up in the middle of the night once & went out into his back yard & took a dump....True story!   I woke up in the shower one time. I also had night terrors as a kid and my younget daughter has them now.  Sometimes I have to hold her down because she will hurt herself otherwise. |

Is it/Was it random for both of you, or did something happen that you replay? Do you sleep w/ a baby monitor on her? How did ya manage to outgrow it? |

Ya see spooky film footage in those sleep centres ... I walked and talked in my sleep my entire childhood, still do occasionally! |

 ... I know someone that FIGHTS in his deep sleep, EVERY single night! Woah ...  That's crazy Too much Mike Tyson's Punch Out from back in the day huh?  Yeah, that would be the exact word, Pats ... The boy just ain't right in the head! SCARY stuff! ... Someone needs to do a serious overhaul under that hood!

I think it's stress related for both of us. I don't need a baby monitor. I sleep lightly and you can hear her screaminig a mile away. I didn't stop having serious nightmares until I was in my 30's. Although they became much more rare by the time I was in my teens. |

Have ya tried an herbal sleep combo for her of passion flower, hops, chamomile, valerian, etc. and some melatonin?' Have ya tried any essential oils? Ylang~ylang, rose absolute, sandalwood mysore, lavender and chamomile are indicated ... The rose and sandalwood even treat psychosis! Bach Rescue Remedy would also work a treat!!! 5-HTP might be another excellent call here!  ... Email me if ya wanna expand on this ...

My older sister used to talk in her sleep as a teenager, so if I needed dirt I go into her room and start a conversation with her until she woke up or gave me the info I needed.

Oh, I nearly forgot to post my first thought when I saw this thread...........Patsfan started a thread!!! Is this your first or did I just miss your others?
