So here's the deal, my neighbors upstairs, which includes my ex-girlfriend. Yes, the psycho shacked up with the man upstairs, stomp around all day on my ceiling, and make all kinds of racket, including bonking, such a pleasant sound when I used to be her boyfriend, and they call the cops on me for playing my hip hop and techno too loud. Funny thing is, I live in an apartment building, and I happened to open my door 1 minute before the ol' Westies showed up and I saw them stalking the parking lot, and I turned my volume off and my lights off, and listened to two door knocks, and the Westies went away. Bye, lil' piggies, must have the wrong apartment, eh? I am usually quite silent in my apartment, and I am moving out at the end of the month, but I would rather listen to loud music than listen to what goes on upstairs. Sure is funny that ol' Russell can't be a man and come talk to me face to face, and chooses to call the cops because he can't stand the bass from below. The cops never heard any music, everything was off and muted by the time they showed up.

I just living in the country for that reason even though I have some good headphones. Closest neighbors are far away. I can still remember my dad saying when he was down in Texas and saying that he had some neighbors move from 11 miles away that it was getting too crowded.

I can hear it now, some will say, why don't I just listen to music on my headphones? Um, no, I can but I won't. If they're gonna make me uncomfortable with having to live with the banging and stomping upstairs, then I shouldn't have to give them the luxury of silence. I love not answering the door for cops, they need a warrant, or else they're not gettin' in. Isn't the law great?

A little side-note, I know this is bizarre, but if you sign a lease and a girl moves in with you and then moves out, you're stuck with the lease contract until termination. Luckily, for me this will be January 31st. My psycho-ex chose to leave me on 8/29 and move in upstairs, and think that she would have a wonderful life. NO! Doesn't work that way. I'm going out with a bang, and the ol' drunk hag will be begging for the end when all is said and done. Why did I choose to be with her? Well she wasn't always this way, and I was foolish enough to believe I could save her or change her, how wrong I was. Her life has gotten much much worse since she left me. Thousands of dollars in debt, collection agencies sueing, medical bills, her car repoed, her dog dead, her cat lost, armageddon credit rating, no therapy for alcoholism and bipolar, liver destroyed, and the list goes on. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and she leaves me for a depressive asperger's case.

Personally man,,if it was me,,,in your shoes,,I would NEVER give her or HIM the benefit of KNOWING,,,,I HEARD ANYTHING!!!

Because THIS all sounds like kiddy shzt,,that SHE'S pulling your CHAINS,,,,,and SHE knows it.....

If I had to listen to loud hip hop, full of base, I'd shoot the guy who is playing it, never mind the cops. If I were in your shoes, of course I would play it to entertain your ex gf, and to give them proper musical beat to their rhythm, but I would still shoot the guy who plays the loud hip hop, even in that situation.

In most cases it is good to kill your 'enemy' with kindness. Ignore them, THAT kind of silence would get to them because they don't know what you are thinking.
