Do you need a tutor? I would also suggest Galend as a taste tester but she is from New Mexico so ... you know! Galend would make a great taste tester--when her cheeks turn red then the chili is hot enough

No. I am saying the only real chili is Texas Red! I only got 9 out of 10 on the quiz. I didn't know how many pounds of canned chili Bush sold. |

This Ohio guy misses the great southwest cooking. Many moons ago I spent the summer in west Tejas, working in the oil fields. I was in heaven food-wise. So, Metal has the chili & Holly has the pig-tails... who has the tequila shooters again? What about music? Can't have a real par-tay without music. Polynesian or Reggae?

This Ohio guy misses the great southwest cooking. Many moons ago I spent the summer in west Tejas, working in the oil fields. I was in heaven food-wise. So, Metal has the chili & Holly has the pig-tails... who has the tequila shooters again? What about music? Can't have a real par-tay without music. Polynesian or Reggae? I'm gonna go with Reggae...it always feels like a summer-time party with Reggae! |

Green chili is pretty yummy, as I'm sure is deli's cooking! What's for lunch, my sista? 
Only 9 out of 10 on the quiz, metal??? I am a little disappointed - unless you were just making us all feel smarter by missing one. (Isn't he good to us, here on the island?)
