Ok I go to mutual match than I click on who said yes to me at the bottom of the page. It then shows alot of people. But, when I click on any one of them and send them a long or short message, the computer states after the fact that the user has deleted their profile and this happens with every person I try to leave a message for. If they deleted there profile then why not A. let people know that before they begin to write long messages, and B. not have them up in the first place if they are not in the system anymore! It wastes time. And Its messed up that every single message I wrote to people went to deleted profiles. What the hell! Can someone please help explain this to me. Its like ordering food at a restaurant, only to find out after that it was closed down. Someone please fix this.rant mad explode !

Sorry that you are upset by this... it might be helpful to click on their profile... it will then tell you that it's deactivated, before you send a message.

Actually with Mutual Matches, you can't click on the profiles...which is ridiculous. You cannot tell anything from just some random pic. You can only hit the yes, no, maybe buttons. That is why i don't even look at them anymore. Maybe it is different with paid accounts.

Hi, newyorkhero2012. I'm going to take a look at this matter shortly. I'll come back to this thread.

You can click on the profiles, actually. Simply scroll down and click the view her/his complete profile link.

*edit*
I have put in a request for a developer to make the adjustment. The problem is that banned or deactivated accounts remain on the page in question, while the email form (which the link lead to) doesn't follow suit. For now, you will probably want to click on that person's user name before sending, as suggested above.
