Hey guys, with Easter being here tomorrow, i wanted to post this. Since i hadn't really thought about it, but it was in the local news, and it is something to think about.

Since kids will be hunting Easter eggs, do not place them in dense areas. By this, i mean heavy shrubs, etc. It can be dangerous for you, and your child.

Venomous snakes may be lying underneath those plants. I just wanted to put this out there, and tell your kids no eggs are hidden beneath the shrubs.

Seriously, this is a major concern with the nice weather.

Just food for thought, and i hope you all enjoy a splendid Easter weekend!

Yeah, the vid i watched, captured a man, being bitten right in the face, by a diamondback Rattlesnake.. how do they capture this on video? i don't know..but it was really disturbing. I just wanted to pass this on, since we do want you guys back here, and we surely do not want anything to happen to your little ones. Please do, pass the word.

Well,,its not just the snakes now,,,,,,,,Its also HIGH WATER..
Streams can easily take a child under, if they venture close at all..And then there is also the on-going Mosquito's issues that CAN, carry many blood illnesses. So parents should have some repellant spray on THEM before going around any wooded areas.
THEN,,we have poison Ivy or Oak,,which BOTH might make Easter STAY in their childs mind for a week or so after their hunt..
Then,,,the BIGGEST PROBLEM EVERY PARENT WILL FACE TOMORROW!!!!

Tummy aches,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,TO MUCH DAMN CANDY!!!!!!!!!!!noway
Limit their abilities as to OVER-EATING their FINDS!!!!!laugh

NOW,,,,,,,,,,,,,Go hide them EGGS,,,while YOU first think about ALL THESE DANGERS!!!slaphead slaphead surprised scared lol.

Nice POST Mark!!!!Some people Never think about whats right in front of their noses,,,wink, drinker

Terry, i wasn't even thinking about it..never crossed my mind, until it came over local t.v. and the footage was a lil much..i just want people to be aware, that there are dangers..even with something as simple as an Easter egg hunt.

No,,most wouldn't depending on where THEY live at,,but its a GREAT THOUGHT MAN,,I just added all the others that SOME could also have.
The whole east coast is flooded and as THAT doesn't happen out there much at all,,,some will not KNOW the waters dangers before its to late?...Just like the snakes where your at...drinker

Helicopters.... keep them damn eggs away from the helicopters. You know what those blades can do to a chiffon dress, let along the kid inside? I beg you do not allow your kids close to the helicopters! I saw a video on youtube about this. It was animated so I am not sure if it was a real story or not, but I am heading the advice and keeping my kids away from those damn helicopters this easter.

Happy Easter Everyone:smile:

Common sense for your area, should always be used.

But that is something missing with much of our lives, anymore.

I also heard of a story yesterday that a couple kids who participated in their community 'egg hunt' at their local park found a body of a dead man while searching for eggs. Police say they don't think foul play was involved in the man's death.

oh wait...i don't have kids frustrated
 WELL,,,,Have you ever wonder WHY THAT IS???

YOU MUST READ ALL WARNINGS,,,SO WHEN YOU DO HAVE KIDS,,YOUR KNOW!

drinker  laugh laugh laugh laugh

As the helicopter was a real threat to kids and adults,,

MANY PARENTS are single parents and so busy with all that was involved with GETTING THEM ready and TO their hunts on time,,
THEY might not have ever THOUGHT about any snakes, or that TINY little bit of water that ran through the creek there..Now a river!
Children die from far less than these stated. Many choke to death
because of Easter toys or plastic eggs being lodged in their throats.
SOME suffer an unnatural toxic shock syndrome as in reactions to an ingredient in some dyes or candies.
Many have caught fire from being to close to an open flame while in their new Easter dresses, made of extremely fire conductive materials...
Jokes have their PLACE,,as do REAL warnings for someones life..
OH''THEIR BE FINE, HONEY,,,,,famous last words to a fatality!
