Since I don't add salt to anything, I don't worry when I eat it. This thing looks pretty tasty. It is worth a try. I like the "no bread" idea.

Doesn't even look good to me! Did someone mention the fact that it doesn't have carbs? With 32g of fat, do you really think the carbs would make a difference?!
