Probably is better than what Bush did and we do have to start somewhere. Cutting back on spending isn't suppose to happen in this term anyway. Economist have warned of cutting spending during a recession. So naturally any good president will not hurt his constituents by cutting spending if warned that it will make us fall into depression. Which is proven by history.

Yet the democrats wont end them. How could we? Once that crap ball started rolling you cant stop. My god can you imagine the lawsuite the Iraqi people could file for damages? Jeesus can you see a way out short of saying we sorry and offer to pay the bill to clean up the mess we made. realisticly the only way out is to charge Bush/cheney as war criminals and hang them. Maybe then they wouldnt hate us for ten generations.
