Anyone who can watch this and still believe that PA isn't SERIOUS about getting as much money as possible from the sheeple "by any means necessary" (to use one of Obama's fave phrases) is in serious need of electroshock therapy ... but just for the grins ... Having the bulls-eye right over the targeted victim's place of residence is just a nice 'Orwellian' touch ...
