Talking to oneself whether silently or out loud is the first stage of knowing thyself.... definitely..... u resolve what ever is going on in ur life...sometimes u r the best advitcate to resolve issues...cause you know them best....    A deranged [mentally] man in the street he display the same behavior talking and asking ones self numerous questions lol first stage of madness  There is a difference when I talk to myself and answer myself it is not about the purple monkeys coming after me They are actually legit questions with sensible answers to go along with them. My boss use to catch me all the time solving my own problems out loud he would just laugh at me and say hell I thought someone was in here with ya...
