Are there any among us so cold-hearted as to NOT instantly have more sympathy and affection after watching this short testimonial to those stalwart 'public servants' who get such short shrift from the majority of the populace who think they're just, well ... slackers in disguise ... ? I can only say I have a new-found ... umm ... 'understanding' now ... yeah - that's as good a word as any ... and prolly better than 'contempt' ...
