Nobody that is alive today was ever a slave!Get over it people.Blacks didn't have it nearly as bad as the millions of Chinese who died on a daily basis building the great wall of China.I don't hear them complaning.If you would do a little history you would find out that every race at some time or another every where in the world was a slave. You want to complain about making slavery right then you can start by donating your own money.I have never owned a slave,my grand parents and great grand parents never owned a slave,so leave me out of it.Even if there was something we could do to those who have suffered are long dead now.You want to start paying back wages to family members of former slaves.Fine.Start digging up everyones record starting with Jews who were slaves to the Nazis during World war 2 and pay them first. can Americans stick to what Americans have done? If they did, they couldn't come up with such fables as dragoness has to make themselves feel "enlightened" without actually learning anything. What a sad state of affairs. I wish history would stop repeating itself so.  truly, its like the abusive parent telling the cops they should go take in his next door neighbor for beating their spouse America needs to deal with what AMERICA Has done, and thats totally irrelevant to what other countries have done, let Africa atone for the people in AFrica, and Europe atone for the people in Europe, but AMerica should atone for the Americans here,,,, |

The ones who constantly harp on the evils of slavery and how they're being 'affected' [sic] by it will never escape the 'plantation of their mind' that blinds them to the change that has taken place since those days and practices were abolished ... they are their own 'slavemaster'. it wasnt just slavery,, it was the jim crow laws that followed it right up to my PARENT's generation,,,, so to think that has an affect is not exactly unrealistic,,,,its what people do once they know that makes the difference,, they can choose to be beat and let it hold them back, or just be honest with themselves that they will have to work harder,,,,,while they fight the effects of past wrongs |

Real Estate Firm Puts Up a Sign for 'Whites Only' By Boyce Watkins, PhD on Jun 8th 2010 9:43AM Filed under: News, Politics, Race and Civil Rights Real Estate Firm Puts Up a Sign for 'Whites Only' A law firm recently put property on the market, stating that the land was for sale to "whites only." A complaint was filed with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination as a result of the sign. The legal notice, which appeared May 17th, was a reprint of the language in the deed of the property, stating: "The said land shall not be sold, leased or rented to any person other than of the Caucasian race." The statement was placed in the New Bedford Standard-Times.

Considering that white folks can't for the most even comprehend what it is like to be black in America, it totally freekin amazes me to have them tell me anything about it. The only reason I know as much as I do is because I have loved ones who are black and a black family who considers me one of their own. And I still don't know how it is to be black in this country but I do know that the black families suffer still from the slavery and abuse that this country imposes on them still today. And they will turn the other cheek faster than I will. Which makes them better than me because I get so hot under the collar dealing white racists that I could hurt someone at times. But I try to use my intellect instead of violence because only the unintelligent use violence to solve anything. So you continue on down your yellow brick road, I prefer facing what America has done and I prefer trying to understand the struggle of others instead of demeaning them and using my white logic on them as if it has some meaning in their non white lives. |

I don't see how his sign is racist when you have probably hundreds of programs of every kind that exclude white men and women.I really don't think I need to get into the free and low income housing that is paid for by the Government that is specificly geared towards the minorities.Minorites get hand outs at every level from birth to death.Poor white people get nothing but rejected applications while some illegal from Mexico gets everything paid from education to housing. Section 8 is income based and is first come, first served. |
