the things you do that hurt me

and this game of drawing me close but giving me nothing
has become boring....

you might hear about me...
you might see my work in magazines...
you'll see how big i've grown...
you'll see how far and wide i'll go...

hoist it up to a new position
inquisition the content not
fought hard to hold my tongue
young at heart and old in mind
finding time is whatever I choose it to be
see new hope in new places
spaces arise from ashes of thoughts
hots and chills
stills to look you in the face
replace that pixilated fantasy with hope
cope in the skin of revitalized love
above all else
self must prevail
