As some of you know, I have my house on the market....the real estate agent just called me today and told me they have a showing scheduled for 11 am..  .. There is so much more I wanted to do to the house before they brought anyone in....one bedroom definitely needs a coat of paint and I can't clean the basement because of my neck problem. (Stairs make me dizzy sometimes) Please keep your fingers crossed that it looks okay as it is... It is all in the staging baby!
Declutter ... remove personal items - photographs, memorabelia ... things that say YOU live there ... you need to make space for them to envision THEM living there. Most people can see past a coat of paint. In fact, many like to paint fresh when they come in. Nice towels, fresh scents - nothing strong Crossing fingers, toes and eyeballs sistah! We wanna see you moved!!!! |
