What intiated this......let me tell you..........I decided to give that friend a chance with me..... I wake up at 5 am Eastern time.......got a text in the middle of the night.....texted back this morning bcs of concern about someone in pain........then I got yelled at texting back bcs it was too early....of course still half asleep I type back that I was texted in the middle of the night...whatever.......and then just get blown out of the water for checking on someone that indicated they were in pain......oops sorry I cared will try not to in the future.....some people can be such as s holes.......

yup some people are just a**es. Live and learn and move forward. That's a big red flag of what things would be like if you continued with it!! You deserve better treatment then that!

seacolony; your post is so true. although the situation i'm in is different. i was married to someone and deviorced a year later. seven years later she's back in my life. we got engaged three years ago and now she just wants to keep our friendship and nothing else.i told her that if she want the friendship she has to be patient with me for to me it's very hard to go from being in love with her to just being friends.

Don its hard to just switch off those feelings from being somebody's love to being just their friend. Its not an easy thing to do. Sometimes its better just to walk away from it all. Good luck I hope it all works out for you!
