I am decidedly agnostic. Not sure what I believe. I do know that if my daughter came and told me that she was pregnant with the christ child my eye brow would be severely raised so why do I believe it because someone said it happened 2000 years ago. Maybe Mary was just really quick on her feet?

Female - check!
Atheist - check!
Love Rome - check!
Wish the guys here were a little less influenced by the Vatican - check!

I've always thought dating agnostics is VERY dangerous... what happens if one day they DO make up their minds? ;)

I am agnostic, and its maybe we are not waiting to make up our minds..Maybe we are just waiting for proof.

I belive in god the way I belive in aliens from outer space. There is the possibility that both might exist but have seen no proof. After all anything is possible.

if you're agnostic then you realize no such proof is possible. unknowable means unknowable. if you think knowing such things as god or the afterlife is possible you're a weak atheist, not agnostic.

but anything is possible.. its possible there will be a cure for aids..its possible that the american government will pull their heads out of their ***'s and do something for the good of the country.. any thing is possible..

you just made my point. if you think it's possible that the human mind can ever know god, the afterlife or other supernatural phenomena then you are most definately not agnostic by definition. ANY thing may be possible. not EVERY thing is possible. some things are impossible to ever know. to an agnostic, that is, who thinks about the unknowable.

In every generation of scientists prior to some massive breakthrough at least one will utters the words, "impossible to know".

I just check under my bed once a day and if I don't see a god I am an atheist.

Yup, no gods. Good to go.

Strident atheists will earn a stipend of three strips of Trident sugarless gum.

Darwinists know that the tridentaurus was a three-jawed toothed dynousaur. It had an upper and a lower jaw, like we do, human dynosaurs, and the trydentosaurus also had a third one, the top of which chewed with the very top denture, and the bottom of the middle one chewed with the bottom one.

This helped its digestion, but Trydentosaurs died out anyway, because they looked so stupid that they each decided they were a mistake in evolution, and then they killed each other to death, to extinction. Another reason to instanteneous mass self-extinction was that males grew up to the size of a three-bedroom townhouse, but the females remained the usual size of a female mosquito.
