I go to the gym. Helps build up my muscles too. The have work out machines that focus on your stomach too. Hope that helps!

I just think your beauty and I dont buy into the negative body image thang but if your really worried drink lots of green tea. It rids your body of toxins that cause bloat.

Good for you for wanting to get in shape! I do the P90X. Its amazing! You can get it for 120.00 and if thats to much for you, do what I did, I got it off ebay for 30.00! My first 3 weeks I lost 15 pounds. I workout for an hour to 3 hours a day now. And its not just doing the dvd. I also jog, kayak, bike ride, body board. I had to get back into shape. I did it cause I am a diabetic. And cause my fiance was not looking at me with lust anymore. So I decided to change my lifestyle, and honestly I never felt this great!

hi! i work at a health store... i recommend using HCG drops... people have been losing up to a pound a day with this .. no side effects and will not harm any medicine u are already taking if u r taking any at all.
u mite also try Lipodrene which is used alot for weight loss and energy. waitress use this alot for if u r on yur feet alot. hope u find something to help u |

I wouldn't put anything into my system that shouldn't be there. Lose wieght the healthy and natural way. Start researching and cutting back on fatty foods. Crunches and ab exercises won't really get rid of the belly fat. I went from a size 14 after having my son to a size 6 and still working on my fitness. THe drops (no offence) aren't the magical wand. I know people who did the drops and once they were off gained the weight back...plus some. Being fit takes hard work, determination, sacrafice and discipline. For women belly fat is stubborn. Have you tried stregnth training? Look into it, it changed my life. I started by reading Bill Philips and use some of his cookbook recipes, but now I'm into bodybuilding and I love it. Check it out and give it a try, you might find it works for you. Plus there are so many hotties in the weight room,lol.

I would recommend do form 50 to 100 different type of sit ups each day ( e.g. V-sit ups, crunches, leg raises etc.)

for me the only way to get and keep my belly in check is to watch my portion sizes and eat healthy, combined with cardio and toning exercises. find what works for you and stick with it! surgery and magic pills arent the cure all! you can do it
