I find first impressions unreliable. A person of true worth hardly shows it to a stranger. Ever inspected a gem? Shiny never was good for much.  Good answer. Still waters run deep. It really takes work to really know anything and people are complex. |

At this point, people will work for your attention.....or run!  errr...usually it's the third....however, what often happens is the second, and also the first, after the first impression of number 3.... |

It is sad but true that many do base what they think about a person in the first impression.
Whether it be the ones you met in person or just from the words they write it happens. Even I can admit my first impressions of others have proved me wrong more then one time within my lifetime. Actually more so the point I'm hoping will come across regardless what we may think from the first impression just maybe we should take the time to give that second chance. We may be surprised what that person really is like once we get to know them. Not saying that our first impression will change, just that we may be surprised once we get to know more about them.
