What is age, but a Winkle and a line.
That start of gray so little, so small, so fine. An ouch getting into bed, that lost thought, somewhere in your head. The fart when you laughed so quietly, your part, that spread rapidly. That little way you use to lean, now looking bent and mean. SOoooo what are some spots here and there,,,,or,,,,,somewhere. And my hearing is great, if YOU just SPEAK-UP! I SWEAR. What is age, if not for giving reason for some RAGE. I can see as good as I want to LOOK,,,,,,,closer....or,,,far. I can make my self look GREAT, it says THAT on the side of the jar. Put me on a stage, give-me that spot-light, I'll show you my AGE. Still act like a child, still dress adult, still able to get wild. So what's all this talk of age, its really starting a new world rage EVERYONE WANTS TO GROW OLD,,,,,SO,,,WE SHOW THEM THEIR WAY!!!! lol |

The older/younger thing in either direction might be fun for a while and it's OK so long as both parties don't kid themselves into thinking there's any real future for the relationship.
I know,I Know...Sometimes it works...but that's the exception.The rock group Steely Dan did a song entitled"Hey nineteen" about an older guy who's nineteen year old girl friend had nothing in common with him One line of lyrics goes"She don't remember Aretha Franklin,the queen of soul.She thinks I'm crazy but I'm just growing old".Great song and it illustrates how Important it is to be with someone who lived through the same things that we lived through.Give me a woman my age any day.Here's to Y'all older ladies...Your Still beautiful! ...................except my EX[that's a joke] :) |

Everyone warned them it wouldn't work.
