I am going to give it a try, sounds delicious. Smoke salmon does go a long way, with cream cheese and crackers of waffler bread. So very good.

Sounds like a good combination, I have a family member that goes fishing for salmon, so its a treat when he catches one.

Salmon is one of my very favorites to eat. Like fishing for the land lock ones we have here in Colorado.

We have three major rivers here, that is popular for salmon, than of course the ocean for seafood.
