No......people don't CHOOSE to be on the losing side.

And also, people don't CHOOSE to be Saved either.

Ok....gonna Repeat this again til it hopefully gets thru:laugh

God first DRAWS man unto Him, and then God SAVES man.. it is NOT
.
of man's

own doing or choosing.

EVER!!!

Of course ,We have the choice of saying yes or no

AFTER God woos us and draws us ....but again, we can't even

get saved in the first place,

UNTIL God draws us first....then He saves us.

Only God is the One who Saves...never ourselves!!!!

And Peccy, no.....God does not say to do exactly as He says,or

you will burn for all eternity.

No.

What God says is, "come to me by accepting my Son

Jesus ...so you can spend eternity with me."

See...God ain't interested in our obedience until we have

accepted His son Jesus into our hearts....FIRST !!!!!!

Because that is ONLY what will bring us back into relationship

with God.

(Sin separates us....accepting Jesus brings us back into

restored fellowship and relationship with God once more...as

it was in the beginning ).

That is why God draws us and convicts our hearts , so we

can come back home to Him... where we belong...back in

fellowship and relationship with God.

Let's not under estimate the Power of Almighty God.

Amen.

Exactly, just didn't elaborate on it.

But by the same token, if a man says he is

saved,and over a

period of time there is no evidence of a real life change;

then that person most likely only made a "HEAD knowledge"

decision for Christ..and not a "HEART knowledge" decision

yet for Christ.

( There is a difference between just believing in Jesus in

ones head ,versus believing and receiving Jesus in

one's heart).

The devil believes also...and trembles!!

Amen?

WHEN God woos us, He ALSO CONVICTS us of our sin AND our need

for Jesus as our Saviour......

as He DRAWS us unto Him ,and PREPARES Our hearts to Receive Him,

then at just the right time ,He SAVES us.

God's Timing is always PERFECT..He knows the right time when

man will truly be ready to believe Him and receive Him.

When man is truly SAVED, he will

KNOW THAT HE KNOWS THAT HE KNOWS.

ALSO....

WHEN MAN IS TRULY SAVED, HE BECOMES A NEW CREATURE IN

CHRIST JESUS.....MEANING , HE AIN'T THE SAME MAN AS BEFORE !!!

MEANING...HE CAN'T KEEP FOLLOWING AFTER THE WORLDS WAYS ANY

LONGER (OR AT LEAST NOT FOR VERY LONG ).....HE JUST SIMPY

CAN'T.....HIS NEW LOVE FOR CHRIST JESUS CHANGED HIS DESIRES.

HIS DESIRES ARE NOW FOR GOD AND THE THINGS OF GOD

NOW.....AND NOT THE THINGS OF THE WORLD ANYMORE.

ALSO...God's Holy SpirIt BEARS WITNESS with his spirit ,

LETTING HIM KNOW HE IS TRULY SAVED.

So...if someone is saying he/she is saved,but his/her lifestyle

is still the same as before ....take time to do a heart check now.

God will draw you and deal with your heart IF you are not

truly saved, to get you to

really accept Jesus for real now .... in your heart and

not just in your head.

It is always good to do a heartcheck if one is not sure.....

This way one can know that one truly has been saved now.

Amen.

When God saves us , He always Gently CONVICTS us of

our sins, and our need for Jesus as our Saviour.

But God NEVER CONDEMNS us.

The enemy condems.

So if you are saved, but feeling Condemnation instead of

conviction, it is probably the enemy trying to make you think

you are not saved, when you actualy ARE saved..

Amen?

Big difference.

Again...God always convicts and never condemns.

But God DOES CHASTEN His kids, however, AFTER they are

saved.

Ouch !!!

But never condemns.

Amen.
