This may seem silly and stupid. like the thoughts of the young usually are but here's what i think true love means and how it should be. this is what i hold in my heart and how i chose to love.
Lets start with what love is; love is not just a word, its caring for a person deeply. True love is when you love some\one so much your willing to do anything for them. Its when you cant stand to live without that persone. when all you want to do is hold them in your arms every single minute of the day. True love is when your willing to give all of your heart to someone. when your not afraid to give everything you are to the persone in your life. True love is when your willing to give your own life when it means your partner will live on. Everything you have is theres and everything you are is becouse of them. when you truly love someone you wont ever hurt them on perpuse. and if you do hurt them you feel like you'll die and you'll try everything to make it up to them. true love is selfless and pure.Love is when you accept everything the good and bad in that person and ,love them anyway. True love is when your angrey and upset you chosse to forgive. You don't yell and if you do you apologiz. I believe that trrue love means that you will be willing to stay by ssomeones side not only till death do you part but even beond. True love is also knowing when to let go.its when you dont care if your not the one making them happy as long as they are. Love is transendent. After all the greatest gift ever given to us id LOVE. This is what i beleive love and true love is. I know its silly and childish but thats how i see things. I don't know if it holds true for everyone. I look at the world and i dont see this kind of love anymore i wish i did. That is how I feel too. You have said exactly what I was thinking. Unfortunately, she called it "stalking" and had a restraining order issued!

true love is unconditional and its wanting happiness for the other person reguardless of them finding happiness with you or someone else true love is selfless
love is always patient and kind its never jealous.. love is never boastfull nor concieted... it is never rude or selfish.. it does not take offense and is never resentfull..love takes no pleasure in other peoples pain... but delights in the truth... it is always ready to excuse.. to trust... to hope.. and to endure whatever comes

Nah it doesn't sound silly or stupid it is kind of sweet. If more people aspired to this kind of love the world would be a lot sweeter place for all.
[ just don't think most of this is humanly possible if evee desireable. Noone wants to live with a myrter. |

i believe thats what love is and i stick to that concept when im with someone but im not perfect. no one is i do get mad and i will yell but then i'll feel really bad and ask for forgiveness. its hard but it is posible to find love like this not so often in this time but it's still around.

Yeah love is one of the oldest things in life.Ancient but never old fashioned,is as dynamic as technology.You choose to be silly or childish to be a true and succesful lover coz most content in love is childish and silly,not much reasoning or justification the end result is to please your lover in which ever way possible

Yeah. Love goes way beyond death. When that ghostly hand is on your shoulder and you flinch a little its only natural. It takes a little getting used to because you would like to remember them when they were still corporeal. But, hey, beggars can't be choosy. I mean you just have to accept the good with the bad. Nobody I have ever heard told me that love can't be a little bit freaky at times.

Seriously, I believe that True Love has to grow out of Friendship. If you go out in search of "True Love" you may never find it. You have to let true love find you. I have always believed that Happiness is falling in love with your best friend. If you can find a person that you can be yourself around, talk to about anything, can't wait to spend time with, and would do anything to put a smile on there face, can you really do anything except fall in love with them.
Maybe I'm just a hopeless romantic, but I will continue to search for my true Best Friend, she is out there somewhere. |

I Corinthians 13:4-7 and the best definition of pure untainted love there is. You want true love, learn to love in this way. It's not as easy as you'd think. |
