I was born in a place
where there's no snow...
but I grew up
listening to my father's favorite singer
Frank Sinatra and his songs - were epic to me -
"Let it snow" & "White Christmas"


When I moved to Canada, it was 2 days before Christmas
It's freezing, the roads were full of snow
but we were forced to spent that night at Detroit
due to a snow storm


White Christmas was fun
but the freezing coldness
shoveling, slush/knee high snow,
frostbite, were just too much to handle
so I would sing ... " no snow, no snow, no snow "


But, honestly, Christmas was somewhat incomplete without it, now...
