may i ask why you're eating low carb?

1) I'm a weightlifter and my trainer put me on this diet 2) it makes me feel better. :)

I always had an afternoon brain fog, it started around 2 or 3 PM and lasted until after work, low carb fixed that for me. Do you have anything similar? Has low carb helped you with your focus and attention span?

While doing low carb, I try to stuff myself at every meal, to help prevent cravings. I've been very consistent and stuck with the diet and I'm happy to announce I've lost over 4 pounds since I started this thread 5 days ago.

I've still got a long ways to go, but I feel great and I'm losing weight. drinker

I'm on a high protein lifestyle, but I crave carbs now. Have to stick with the plan though. Usually eat chicken as it makes you feel full longer.

Fat will keep you full longer than any other food. Add more fat to your diet and see if that helps.

Can't have fat...I have ESRD and it calls for meat protein, lots of it, in my food. Fat and carbs are incidentals and not necessarily needed.
