IF it was based upon media, they didnt follow juror instructions. IT could also have been based upon the facts they were presented,,,after all,,,what was the actual enditement? |

I dont agree with those particular laws,(especially in a roommate situation) but they are on the books and the case did fit the requirements in the jury's opinion, apparently
