For all you chickenhawks preaching for war, is this the price your willing to pay....other peoples families?

Don't write checks you're NOT willing to cash with your own a$$!

That is sad to read. They also don't note that after leaving the military; you tend to feel uselss as you will never find a job in civilian life that challenges you as much as when you served in the military. Most people won't hire you because you served in the military or because of your age, so you end up with low paying thankless jobs. I think most of us Veterans have thought of suicide because life as we know it sucks.

I'm a Vietnam vet.....I've been fighting that war for 40+ yrs... no disability (after 7 tries, 3 operations, 3 hearings), no pension, no work....

What I do have is.... AO cancer, deafness, poor vision, nightmares and night sweats, pain with every step, anti-social tendencies, mood disorders and a general bad attitude..... and 1700 pages of VA Drs reports saying it's related....but not relative

Gifts for my service that just keep on giving!
