haha my camera man was a bit wobbly lol...yeh im gonna get a tripod soon...but having someone film it is actually really convenient especially if i have to go from standing to sitting...but haha yeh iz a bit wobbly lol.... no worries i hope u like it :-) i have a few videos up there on my channel if ud like to check them out...im gradually adding more when i have time

if you are into any kind of energy work, this is a highly valuable meditation to know...incredibly simple and deeply esoteric by nature
