or how it isnt perfect or easy to have three hundred million people all having 'rights'

in a neighborhood, what right can a homeowner expect to have regarding high traffic in front of their own drive, or obstructing their throughways?

its not so simple as the lemonade being an infraction, even if they were GIVING it away, under that circumstance, it probably could have sparked a legitimate complaint from a neighbor or homeowner depending upon the affect it was having on their 'rights'

and there are many vague laws that can be misused, starting with the constitution,, but we arent perfect, and I still prefer our system to most others where laws are concerned,,,

I have made it forty three years feeling fairly free and been free of a charge besides broken tail lights (dangerous driving hazard, that I have no beef with) and driving without my license ON ME (one of those they can let go or follow up on depending upon the officer and what kind of person they are and what kind of day they are having)

Roadside lemonade stands in the summer are like hot dogs, baseball and apple pie. But if you hate America you will be perfectly happy with what happened. What we are dealing with is nothing more than old fashioned communism. Disrespect the flag because someone thinks its just a cloth, support welfare bratting, and hassle kids selling lemonade in front of their house, these are things commies enjoy doing.

lemonade stands are not illegal, if they are in the PROPER areas with the PROPER notice,,,

I dont hate america, as I explained, I reserve my emotions for PEOPLE< not places and things

'disrespect' is a so caled right as much as 'respect'

no clue what welfare bratting is

'hassling' kids never sounds good, unless the kids were playing music too loud and disturbing neighbors, or having a yard party that disturbed neigbhors, or SELLING something which was causing disturbance to the neighbors....

I dont know what commies do, no experience in that field

those who use logic, however, understand the saying 'your rights end where mine begin',,,,,,

That's BS! Your glorious Dictator is a commie, his entitlement system is commie, his views are commie, his family are commies...

Can't see the forest thru all the trees...and rose colored glasses!

Quite frankly if someone is getting their panties in a bunch over someone selling god-damned lemonade by their house, they need to get a life. Period. We have WAY too many busy bodies who have nothing better to do than to tell others what to do. Of course those are the people the government like best and the people they cater to, because those people keep their slave control system going.

Wake the hell up people.

Give me one good damn reason why they SHOULDN'T! And because "someone may get upset" doesn't count either. And again if anyone does, they need a life, it's lemonade for crying out loud! Hell if they're that mad about it, let THEM deal with it then, don't just ruin it for everyone.

People like you are why the slave state keeps on going, because you let it. STOP ALLOWING IT. Stand up for the rights of both you and your fellow man, before you have none left.

ok, because some people are just 'renters' who dont really own the property they are living on or pay any taxes for said property,,,,

because some people are owners who dont own the property either, because they are still paying the mortgage to a bank who legally owns the house

so as non OWNERS, they dont have an absolute 'right' to use property in whatever manner they choose

,,,works for the welfare argument,,where the money ends is where the decision lies,,right?

of course not, I dont buy it either

my reason is because just like you may feel you have the 'right' to make a profit in your front yard, I may feel I have a 'right' to not have my peace disturbed by people loitering about the area of MY yard,,,,

your rignts end where mine begin,,,,

Streets and sidewalks are public traffic areas, your lawn is a private area.

So no imposition of rights are expected or a valid argument.

If someone parks in your driveway or blocks it, walks across your lawn, that is an issue you can act upon...personally, otherwise no rights are violated but by the stupidity of those who impose their interpretation of the law by such frivolous acts!

and who can prove people are not stepping on lawns when going to the lemonade stand?

its called a 'throughway' because people are expected to drive THROUGH, not loiter or linger about

do things the LEGAL way and there is no issue, lemonade stands are by no means illegal, one must just ensure they have RESEARCHED The proper place and manner in which to operate one , which doesnt infringe upon others,,,,

Get real! At least make a valid argument! Let's outlaw garage sales, wakes, b-day parties, bible study groups, home sales and the 1,000's of other such things that require people to use a street and sidewalk in a community! slaphead
