in a neighborhood, what right can a homeowner expect to have regarding high traffic in front of their own drive, or obstructing their throughways?

its not so simple as the lemonade being an infraction, even if they were GIVING it away, under that circumstance, it probably could have sparked a legitimate complaint from a neighbor or homeowner depending upon the affect it was having on their 'rights'


and there are many vague laws that can be misused, starting with the constitution,, but we arent perfect, and I still prefer our system to most others where laws are concerned,,,

I have made it forty three years feeling fairly free and been free of a charge besides broken tail lights (dangerous driving hazard, that I have no beef with) and driving without my license ON ME (one of those they can let go or follow up on depending upon the officer and what kind of person they are and what kind of day they are having)

Roadside lemonade stands in the summer are like hot dogs, baseball and apple pie. But if you hate America you will be perfectly happy with what happened. What we are dealing with is nothing more than old fashioned communism. Disrespect the flag because someone thinks its just a cloth, support welfare bratting, and hassle kids selling lemonade in front of their house, these are things commies enjoy doing.

Quite frankly if someone is getting their panties in a bunch over someone selling god-damned lemonade by their house, they need to get a life. Period. ok, because some people are just 'renters' who dont really own the property they are living on or pay any taxes for said property,,,,

Streets and sidewalks are public traffic areas, your lawn is a private area.

So no imposition of rights are expected or a valid argument.

If someone parks in your driveway or blocks it, walks across your lawn, that is an issue you can act upon...personally, otherwise no rights are violated but by the stupidity of those who impose their interpretation of the law by such frivolous acts!

Get real! At least make a valid argument! Let's outlaw garage sales, wakes, b-day parties, bible study groups, home sales and the 1,000's of other such things that require people to use a street and sidewalk in a community!

it requires a permit, there is a HUGE Difference,,,,

like driving is not illegal, but driving with out the proper license IS,,,,
