Adkins v. Children's Hospital. Minimum wage law for women violated the due process right to contract freely. D.C. Court of Appeals affirmed.

Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad. Corporations are people.

Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission. Allows corporations to influence the outcome of election.

Korematsu v. United States. Constitutional to put Japanese American citizens in Concentration Camps during WW2.

Dred Scott v. Sandford. Persons of African descent cannot be, nor were ever intended to be, citizens under the U.S. Constitution.

Plessy v. Ferguson. Segregation is OK.

Cherokee Nation v. Georgia. The Supreme Court does not have original jurisdiction to hear a suit brought by the Cherokee Nation, which is not a "foreign State" within the meaning of Article III. Led to Trail of Tears.

Bush V Gore. Presidential Election decided by a Supreme Court Ruling.

Schenck v. United States. Defendant's criticism of the draft was not protected by the First Amendment, because it created a clear and present danger to the enlistment and recruiting practices of the U.S. armed forces during a state of war.

Buck v. Bell (1927) - forced sterilization of the mentally ill

Bowers v. Hardwick, the 1986 case featuring a concurrence by Chief Justice Warren Burger that upheld both a Georgia statute criminalizing sodomy and the prosecution of a gay man.

Engel v. Vitale (1962) (banned prayer in public school)

Plyler v. Doe (1982) (mandated that all illegal immigrants be given free education in public schools)

Romer v. Evans (1996) (holding unconstitutional a Colorado referendum prohibiting special laws favoring homosexuals)

Buck v. Bell (1927) - forced sterilization of the mentally ill

Engel v. Vitale (1962) (banned prayer in public school)

I agree with both of these. Neither have been fully overturned.
