haha I did see some today, first time at store since hospital. Bought all these freaking juice drinks, fruit, vegetables, etc.. don't even have to read lables, just the opposite of whatever I was eating before..no animal fats or dairy have passed these lips in 2 weeks :-)

Well, hopefully everything has..passed already, so I am thinking it is about a year until I am in the clear. I may try to add some dairy back in, before then. Krupa says he has a, er, protein, uh, drink that should do..the trick :-) I just ate a big 'black' plum :-)

Oh man, tis the season for fruits. I got plums, nectarines, black grapes (they keep forever if you see them, not like other grapes) so yummy, cantaloupe. melons, oranges. I have not eaten fruit in so long, pretty yummy, for now :-) The protein concoction should be yummy too :-)
