Just thought I see how everyones weekend was. what did you do this weekend?

Lifted weights, stationary cycling, street cycling, went for a walk, did yard work, did house work, and got way too much sun. Today; taking it easy as I am ill and injure both my shoulder and knee. Oh well; Sunday is supposed to be a day of rest.

Disappointed when Tornado watches sent my son and I home after traveling to a special needs camp to enjoy some fun events. We had lunch and were asked to leave and go home. Had looked forward to paddle boating,swimming, zip lining, and rock climbing.

Work and work and had a argument with a friend until I was blue in the face...and soon..I work again.

I worked on sat. and had hockey all weekend, was alot of fun.
