Click on Mail, Filters. The settings to choose who can contact you are in there. Good luck.

You go here: http://mingle2.com/inbox/list then here: http://mingle2.com/inbox/filters and this is what you will see: "PLEASE NOTE: Mail filters apply only to the FIRST message sent between two parties.
