Ron Paul! Because he stands for principles and LIMITED constutional gov't of, for and by the people, personal liberties and the rule of law.

I will write him in if need be, because a vote of conscience is NOT a wasted vote!

Im all Obama 2012. lol @ 2 minutes

I believe Obama achieves IN SPITE of, which is no small task. I believe he fights hard for what he believes in even when it isnt the popular thing with his own party platform. I believe he is more in touch with the average persons struggles and obstacles and is most likely to stand up for them. I dont want the old status quo and I realize no President changes those things alone without cooperation from Congress. But the congress we have now, is not one I am happy with and I think the fact that they are so reluctant to work with OBAMA says that OBAMA is more in touch with the average person then with the congressional status quo of making the rich richer and keeping everyone else as a foundation to maintain the wealth of the few.

I believe in Obama for Education reform, Health Reform, National Security, and economic turnaround.

I agree with all you say here, including the fact that a President cannot do everything. But unless his ambition was to get a second term and then do what he was elected to do by an overwhelming number of less well off Americans then we will have to wait and see if his gamble pays off in November.

I would dearly love to see Obama elected and really do for America what I think he is capable of doing. He has the potential to become the greatest POTUS EVER

If he is elected he should ride roughshod over the pussycongressmen and political whores.

O is a double edged sword. He has had 4 years, and when he couldn't get his agenda passed, he used exec orders to implement them.... something he ridiculed Bush for.... and none of them have been good for the people! He is destroying our rights and freedoms, killing US citizens, detaining them without trial or proof, sending drones to kill in other nations, promoting the police state, passing overbearing regulation while saying he supports small business, etc, etc, etc.....

Without the chance of a 3rd term, the sword could, and probably will, giving us a gov't where only the state has rights, and we must be happy or go to jail....

Papers please! (unless you're illegal of course)

true that he has had 4 years

not true that exec orders have implemented an agenda, exec orders pertain to the running of government departments not civilian rights and he has issued no less than his predecessors have in that regard

I have all the rights I had before, I am still alive, I have not been detained and those who have been detained have been so because of policies put in place before OBama, drones are newer technology to decrease the loss of american lives , I know of no police state here in the US, And his impact upon small business seems to be an endless debate

I absolutely dont want only states rights, but thats where the other candidates seem to be wanting to take the country,,,,

Obama, for sure. He actually tackeled heath care, and what he achieved is an improvement, according no non-partisan experts on the subject. He doesn't invade citizens' private lives in pursuing abortion laws. That decision be best left to the families actually involved. All the Republicans are screaming about Religious rights. Well, I have no religion, and that's my right, so Christian laws about when life begins are best left to me and my healthcare provider(s), not to Christian extremists. It's none of their damned business.

Taxes. I believe that Obama is correct with his middle-out theory of economic growth. The key to any successful economy is the movement of money, and the middle-class is key here. If people have no money to spend, the economy stagnates as the flow of money declines. Right now, most of the money is being held by a few people who are not reinvesting it in the country. They don't want to produce things because people aren't buying them. People aren't buying their stuff because they don't earn enough money to buy then. Listen up, ultra-weathy, DO something with your often ill-gotten wealth. Get it flowing again among the people you need to have it in order to sustain your businesses! The economic situation in the US is a genuine catch 22.

Defense. The US is more than able to defend itself with far less defense than it alreay has. Romney is behaving like a warmonger. While wars once bolstered the economy, they no longer do. War is nothing more that a usually unnecesary expense to any country. Obama has the right idea about defense. Remove the problem, such as Bin Laden, without delaring war on another country.

Education, infrastructure, energy, and so much more. Obama is clearly the more intelligent candidate, and clearly more concerned with the well-being of all American citizens. At this critical time in the United States, I firmly believe he's the best choice for the future of America.
