Buster (akita mix) would bring me a gift when I would come home. It would be the first thing he could grab, the phone, remote, a shoe, his food bowl. And he would whine until you took it from him. He wouldn't eat until we got home either. I miss him...

My cat eats lettuce and green beans.

My little Sunshine will chomp on kale and sits up and begs when she sees the plastic tub of salad come out of the fridge.

My little mutt is a firecracker, she can barely stay still for longer than 30 seconds.

But, when I get a migraine, she climbs on my lap and rests her head on my chest. Every so often she lifts her head, looks at me and then licks my cheek. She continues to do this until my migraine starts to subside.

I swear this is the only time that dog sits still, but having her there helps just as much as my medication. The first time she did it I knew she was meant to be my dog. Now she is part of my treatment plan, she is the 'fur therapy' part ; D

If I am sitting on the couch leaning back and my cat is on the top of the back of the couch, she will sometimes start licking my hair. Sometime she’ll put her paw on my head to keep me for moving.

One of my cats loves to lie on his back on the floor with his paws and tail curled up. He'll even fall asleep that way sometimes.

He also loves belly rubs.

I used to have a dog (border collie mix) and a cat that would wrestle. The cat would reach up and grab the dog around her neck and the dog would roll around, lifting the cat into the air. That same cat would wait under a cedar tree when it was raining while I walked the dog so she could stay dry but still "participate" and I once witnessed her chasing a rabbit in the yard. She ran after the rabbit, then stopped and sat down & waited for it to start running again. Then she would chase a short ways, then sit again. I swear that rabbit knew it was a game. Amazing to watch.
great topic ! brought back some fun memories
