I have been through the upload photo process as outlined on the "edit Photo" function and cannot upload any photos

Follow instructions and browse for the photio, place the link in the browse box, hit upload, link disappears and no photo

Any ideas Please

How do I upload from an IPhone or IPad?
"I-phone/I-pad users should now see a specific set of instructions, on the edit photo page. Below are the steps for uploading from an i-phone.

Click the edit photo button on your account page. on the right side of the page, you should see an address, inside a box. That is a clickable link. the menu should appear like this...

1. Click on the address above, and copy it. (not on this post, on your Mingle2 photo page)
2. Open the photo app on your device.
3. Select the photo you want to upload.
4. Tap the screen to bring up the on screen controls.
5. Tap the "send" icon at the far left of the on screen controls.
6. Select the "Email Photo" button.
7. Tap the "To:" textbox at the top to paste the email address
you copied earlier.
8. Tap the "Send" button.

These instructions are only for the I-phone/I-pad users.
Other mobile device users should be able to upload normally.

Thanks for that but it is not a size issue

JPG Files 4000x3000 so that should not even be an issue one would think?

Hacve just checked pic size again and tried yet again to upload with no result

do i really have to upload a photo? to get anywhere on this site?

You do not have to upload a photo, delboy888, however, by choosing to proceed without a photo, you do cut your chances of success, by a great margin.

In our basic or advanced search, there is an option. "Show me matches with photos only". Most people do choose that option, so you are eliminated from search results for those users.

I do not have a solid percentage, but i would ballpark it around 70% or more, so if you want to increase visits to your profile, having a clear photo of yourself is definitely to your benefit/advantage.
