I know nudity or suggestiveness is not allowed as profile pics but what then is meant by "private?" On most sites this is where those type of pictures are allowed.

Private settings are strictly for those that want to upload photo's but does not want them seen all the time. Even though it is private the rules still stand. Members that are found to put nudes in the private setting and put them up once in a while would still follow the same rules as anyone else. Therefore could result in suspension or even being banned. This site is Rated PG not rated R...
