What would you choose?

My next thread will be: Why are some men so sensitive and cry so easily?

Then: Obese or healthy?

Last, but not least: Do you think about dying 24/7 or do you live your life normally?

I'll keep reading the forum and come up with more intelligent thoughts to ponder.

Here's one I see all the time, especially in the newbie forums.

So, is it "hey"....or "hi". Are you saying it, or screaming it like James Brown would? laugh laugh ..I give up! Taking my marbles and going home.frustrated

rofl rofl. What about other questions we "never" hear about? E.g, 'Does age matter?', 'Why are men such pigs?', 'Why do women always cheat?'.

Hey! I resemble that remark!

I think stupid is when someone knows better and does it anyway. I don't look at stupid being the other end of intelligence. I also think that humans have a weird grading curve when it comes to judging others intelligence.

There are so many levels attached to the intelligence of people that honestly saying who is and who isn't is something I have learned to look at differently than I once did.

I think a lot of people are just bored and post anything that comes to their mind not caring enough to what they have type typed out. Actually a great insight on how some live their real life.

This is reminding me of Wal-Mart, but at least there they can't use 10+ year old photos and they actually do leave their apartment/basement.

"not caring enough to what they have typed out." reminds me of the old Bob Newhart monologue on how, if given enough time, monkeys will eventually type out a great book...if the analogy was similar, then most posts would be just random letters in no specific order, which isn't the case, but the alleged thinking behind the posts indicate very similar patterns...just part of being in the great family of Bozosapiens...

Where else would you find a veritable smorgasbord of every conceivable human trait in any one place at any given time other than right here on these boards???

I find it quite interesting how people respond to the absolute mundane, right through to the thought provoking threads.

You're just saying that cuz you're an ostrich.

I really wish I were more stupid in some areas. But, I can't help it. Some things just fascinate me and I become obsessed with them. I have to penetrate them and get inside them. I need to understand the how and why of them.

I wish that there were sticky threads for:

* Fat or thin? (average is never mentioned for some reason)
Why can't they see pass my fat to my gorgeous mind?

* Hey I'm a nice guy/girl why doesn't anyone want me?

* Does age matter?

* Can I date outside my race?

* Why don't women like short men?

* Why don't men/women like fat men/women?

* Why don't people answer my messages?

* Why do ALL men?

* Why do ALL women?

* Why did that guy/gal look at my profile but did not message me?

* Why don't people put up a photo in their profile?
I wish it was mandatory

* Iz a dum az an ned atenton soz u lok st chat wiz me?

* Why do all men/women keep breaking my heart even though I keep giving
them chances?

Ect...

Then when we came to read the board it wouldn't be filled with the very same questions over and over.

I don't understand why some don't look on the first 3 pages to see if their question has already been asked oops

Or if they are putting their question in the correct area what
Half of the front page is MOVED: threads.

I'm sure it keeps the mod/s busy.

But what ever, it is what it is, I'm not chained here and it pretty much feels like a board that 20 or so just post to be posting.

Maybe someday a dating site will really be for those who really want to date and not home to those who have nothing better to do but post gibberish and will never really date, meet people.

Guess I should have found me a man before moving out to DVNP but I honestly thought the internet would be a better way to meet someone than going bar hopping since you can get to know a person better by messaging, phoning, than meeting.

We can pretend to be who ever we want to be on the net...
we live in mansions when we live in subsidized housing, moms basement
we're a few extra pounds when it's actually 70
we can put up fake photos or photos 10 to 20 years old
we are athletic when we are really disabled
we love sky diving, skiing, mountain climbing when we've never done it
we love long walks on the beach but live in the desert
we make $1,000,000 dollars but really live on disability, welfare,
unemployment, or work at Wal-Mart.

The list goes on and on but when we take a break from posting our fake fantasy life we are left with our real one.

If everyone was honest about being disabled, unemployed, on welfare or working at a fast food joint they wouldn't have to be afraid to meet and have their date find out that all their words were just their fantasy.

It's not a sin to be disabled, stuff happens.
Some might need welfare for awhile because of circumstances beyond their control.
Many are unemployed in this economy but hopefully they're looking (we desperately need a few handymen out here).
And having a job at McDonald's is better than not having a job at all.

I've been straight up in my profile and posting, I was hoping to find/meet the same on here. I have on other sites. Met and made friends, went to ghost towns, hiking, explored DVNP and all it has to offer, ect... had a lot of fun but no love chemistry.

But again, it is what it is and I'm not chained up to it.

Sly

eta; since I don't make thousands of nonsense or I'm bored posts I'm think it's fair to post a long sincere honest one... in the real World.
Than again most here won't read this since its over two sentences.
